Recreation Coach Requirements
To coach in Readington Township, it is mandatory to attend a safety course and get fingerprinted by the township police department. The Rutgers Training classes are offered periodically throughout the year and are no cost to you. The training only needs to be completed once.
This will protect you and cover you under the township insurance.

Lacrosse is making a comeback in Readington Township!
The fastest game on 2 feet!
Readington Township Recreation is currently seeking coaches for the upcoming spring Lacrosse season for both boys and girls teams. We will be running a summer coaches clinic to teach the game of Lacrosse and how to teach the game to the kids. The clinic will be run by the coaching staff at Hunterdon Central High School. If you are interested in coaching, give the Recreation Department a call at 908-534-9752 or email your contact information to rec@readingtontwp-nj.org.

Readington is going green. In the coming months, recycling bins will be placed in our parks and around the community. We ask for your assistance in recycling and keeping our parks clean.
