READINGTON TOWNSHIP BOARD OF HEALTH MEETING

December 21, 2005   7:00 pm

Chair William C. Nugent calls the meeting to order and announces that adequate notice of this meeting of the Readington Township Board of Health has been provided, by posting on the Township Bulletin Board, delivery to the Hunterdon County Democrat, the Courier News, filing with the Township Clerk and mailed to the members of the Board of Health.

RESOLUTION

(Open Public Meetings Act – Executive Session)

 

WHEREAS, N.J.S.A. 2:4-12, Open Public Meetings Act, permits the exclusion of the public from a meeting in certain circumstances; and

WHEREAS, this public body is of the opinion that such circumstances presently exist:

NOW, THERFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Health of the Township of Readington, County of Hunterdon, State of New Jersey, as follows:

1.  The public shall be excluded from discussion of the hereinafter specified subject

     matters.

The general nature of the subject matter to be discussed is as follows:

                                1.  The Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law, along with the Final Judgment

                                  entered in the matter of Lackland and Lackland, et al. v. Readington Twp., et al.

                                  Docket No. SOM-L-344-03.

 

2.  It is anticipated at this time that the above matter will remain confidential.

 

3.  This Resolution shall take effect immediately.
